Tremendous purity of fruit in this one. Beautiful peach and crisp ripe apple, along with a whisper of clean slatey minerality. Ripe in the mouth, with a note of apricot, and somewhere between Spatlese and Auslese in sweetness, though the alcohol, while not noticeable at at, is higher at 12.2%. Good acids and a hint of bitterness in the finish.
