More red fruited and delicate than one might expect from RRV and absolutely perfect with our 2020 adjusted Thanksgiving meal of honey glazed pork loin roast w/apples, mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts w/pancetta

Nothing to add to Vinous’s note: “compact and lacking in fruit and depth. Not much here.” Mediocre wine night, but no complaints on A Friday. After an hour open, I get extremely sweet Maraschino cherry or Chinese lard pork bun.

The potential in 5 years is likely impressive, but it’s not drinkable now. Great fruit, but rough and harsh. Not worth buying at its high price. Consider trying again in 2023.
