Liquid green gold in its pure form. Lemon color or the color of a yellow apple, looks very shining in the glass (very clear)
The body is full, as if it is olive oil in the glass, not wine. Very well wine making practices are felt, oak, batonage, sedimentation, malolactics. Good acidity and long aftertaste. Lemon, peach, oregano, dandelion stalk....and also influence of terroir- volcanic lands slip notes in the scent👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
