On the palate: very good acidity, very dense black fruit, tar, charcoal, and excellent density, transitioning into a wall of tannin. After 12 years, this seems structured to age for a very long time. Nevertheless, fantastic right now.

Feb 21st, 2021Had 2007 in 2017. Let it breath for 45mins and it was wonderful!! However after 2 hours it started to fade and was nearly flat and oxidized after 3 hours. Don't decant and drink these in their prime.
