This wine is insane.
Day 1: double decanted for 8hrs and poured off two glasses at the end of the night (didn’t actually have any because I was too drunk, NYE)
Day 2: spent the day in the fridge and we finally got to try. Huge wine but super fresh. Just layers and layers of velvety fruit and smoked meats.
Day 3: spent another day in the fridge with only a glass remaining and this badass was still getting better.
Obviously it needs time but wow!

Hard to follow up on a 2011 Aubert Lauren…but this makes a great effort. Absolutely love Andremily wines, the 2015 syrah is really drinking beautifully. Has to be one of the best QPR reds around.
