A beauty. Couldn't be happier for making the decision to jump on this list immediately. Smoked meat, leather; black cherry blackberry. Deepest purple you could imagine. Finest 2012 so far. Deserved more decant. In love.

This wine is insane.

Day 1: double decanted for 8hrs and poured off two glasses at the end of the night (didn’t actually have any because I was too drunk, NYE)

Day 2: spent the day in the fridge and we finally got to try. Huge wine but super fresh. Just layers and layers of velvety fruit and smoked meats.

Day 3: spent another day in the fridge with only a glass remaining and this badass was still getting better.

Obviously it needs time but wow!
