2 hour decant(some cloudy sediment). A remarkable purplish ruby red color. On the nose: dark cherry, caramel, creme de cassis, black olives, cedar. Taste: Power and elegance! juicy, opulent wine with stewed cherries, milk chocolate, iron, meaty and a peppery, toasty oak, cocoa long finish with just a touch of heat. YUM! Cannot wait to try again with more age on it.
