Hibiscus, floral android sweet red cherry, black pepper spice on nose and palate; super elegant, medium to light, excellent grip on the tannins, balancing acidity; cherry notes on finish

100% Aleatico planted on Elba island in Lazio Lake Bolzena. Volcanic soil. Perfumed with dried rose petals, violet, on the nose. On the palate: red cherry, ripe raspberries, somewhat savory followed through with hint of black pepper and earthy, straw undertone. Med to med plus acidity. Leave your mouth dry. Med to med plus tannin.

Eucalyptus, furniture, old interiors — but seen through modern eyes. Great Occhipinti wine! Funky! Lighter body and also cheaper than the others. Really enjoying this one.

Súper rose perfume smell, that’s the best part, the body is rose with some sorrel, and something thick and syrupy at the end like a super perfumed barley wine
