Welcome to the weekend! I have opened the Andre Jacquart Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne. A nice way to start the weekend off right.
On the nose there are clean notes of French Vanilla, orange peel, toasted bread, and a distinct wet stone minerality.
The palate has fresh fruit Meyer Lemon, lemon zest, tart Granny Smith green apples, toasted bread, yeasty back notes, creamy mousse, and an intense limestone minerality.
The body is full with a creamy mouthfeel and a crisp clean high acidity with a fresh lasting finish. Have a beautiful and safe weekend. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷

Trying to like this Champagne, very nice acidity. Was disgorged 7/16. This is 100% Chard. Crisp to a point, very awkward / unbalanced. Did not even compete with three Special Club/ Growth Champagnes. Have now had three bottles with different disgorgement dates. Just not our style.

Quite rich and on your face for a BdB. Acidity trys to dominate and bit off balance lacking bit the finesse I look for this type of Champagne. Would maybe benefit from bit more than 4g dosage. Disg. 7/13
