Pale gold color in glass. Yeasty notes up front that dissipate with bubbles, light citrus, soft green apple and wet stone on the nose. Palate is delightful, prominent salted lemon peel at the forefront, green apple, precisely balanced acidity and dosage. Sometimes there’s no substitute for quality #grandcruchampagne
