It's like drinking young Bordeaux. Unforgiving at the moment. Lots of graphite, tannins, and acid. The fruit has yet to open up. This needs some more time or a long decant.

Delicious, rock solid CA can. Black cherry fruit with some pine sap. Nice secondary notes beginning to show. This is a winner

Great Napa Valley Cab. Bing cherry, cassis, just a little bit of smoke. I love how the barrel aging compliments the fruit; it doesn't overwhelm it.
