Columbia Gorge Sparkling Blanc de Noir

Bright, pure, fine sparkling. Tart green strawberry, bing cherry, rose petal. Super elegant and restrained.

Late night cellar raid celebrating the circle of life. High elevation, Underwood Mountain 45 year old Atavus Vineyard. 42 months on lees. Doesn't feel like the fruit can handle it, or it needs more time in bottle. Great people, great wines, one of the most exciting projects in the country. 6 miles east of Hood River in Mosier, estate vineyard with Rhone varietals should be coming online soon. Former cellarmaster at Cayuse, must visit if you're in Portland, 68 miles east.

Rich but subtle , depth with balance of effervescence. Must have sparkling!!

A little bit of apple cider on the nose, pretty tiny bubbles. Delicious!

This is one of the best west coast bubbles I've had. If I close my eyes I could be fooled this is Champagne.
