Let it breathe about 30 min, opens up a bit. Rustic nose with plum and herbs, mouth is sour cherry and nice acid. Always a good standby table wine.

Red & black cherry, ripe plum, spice, lavender, white pepper, with notes vanilla & clove plus a little dusty. Good balance of fruit, tannins, acid & alcohol. A lovely GSM with structure & complexity.
