Bianco di Ampeleia Trebbiano

Fascinating natural orange wine from Tuscany. A blend of three local varietals (Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Ansonica) and three days of skin contact. Produces a dichotomy of fruit and nut-focused flavors. Orange peel, peach and apricot, hazelnut and almonds. Strong acidity and a long mouthwatering tart finish.

Toasted zested orange & marmalade. Great cut, grip, and focused aromatics.

Tuscan skin contact white from Foradori and oh so good

Relatively easy drinking skin contact wine... nice flavors of cider and citrus. Believe this also has Malvasia and some other varieties in it, but fairly muted aromatics. Hazy. Very satisfying.

Skins, but not enough for me. Tiny bit of foot odor. Improved with temperature.

Nose of apple juice. Color of goldish amber, like a reisling. Light on the mouth, slightly tart with some funk. Flavors of pear and apricot. Perfect for a spring day in the park.
