Ame du Vin “Soul of Wine” from the Cotes de Provence. Tasted at a Mothers Day Rosé wine event. Not sure of the grape but I would guess Grenache base with a blend of others like Cinsault. Aromas of sweet fresh fruits and big floral notes. On the palate citrus and apricot flavors, balanced with acidity. Medium length ending with sweet notes. I’m not a fan of Rosé, but this one is decent and a great value. Tasting Sample.

Oct 13th, 2019I’m just not a huge rose fan. This one is refreshing, but out of balance with a biting acidity. Cool bottle and cork, though.
