Floral with excellent acidity. Strawberry and pink flower notes.

Excellent junmai ginjo made with yeast derived from strawberry. Fruity and full, creamy, delicious. High quality- too bad about the importer's decision to switch to a huge distributor where it will be lost in the shuffle. Free advice: don't buy saké with no production date on it.

穏やかな香り。やや牧草的。伸びやかな甘み。綺麗でフレッシュ。

Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting but others liked this a lot more than me.

Nice earthy, mushroom flavor-reasonably priced, sweet finish.
