Amazing purity of fresh Pinot Noir fruit on the nose. Deep limestone inflected strawberry. Almost floral. Although the color is very light, on the palate there is a depth here that is beyond the typical Sancerre rose. Only quibble is that, at 14.5%, the acids are correspondingly lower than I’d prefer. But the pure minerality subs in nicely.
