@Delectable Wine - This is the white Le Demoiselle Sancerre. It’s beautifully balanced and subtly intense. Nose has chalky limestone, lemon juice, and a hint of gooseberry. Great acids but soft and without any sharp edges. I’m betting pretty old vines. Long, pure, mouthwatering finish. Elegant.

Medium acid, not sharp or stinging but enough to keep it from being flabby and cloying. Lemon and slate and a bit of fruit pucker.
