Dense blackberry fruit, a hint of smoke, graphite. Old school structure. Delicious in my opinion. Needs a good decant early, or years in the cellar.

3.5 years since I last had this. Has aged well. Nice nose and palate. A very nice wine.

Nose somewhat closed but as it opened exhibited red fruits, body of blackberry/strawberry with fine tannins providing structure. Could benefit from more bottle time but an aggressive decant can yield temporal benefits fir more immediate gratification. Good long finish
