Extremely complex and multilayered, yet not very elegant...
Apricotjam, pine needles, mint, lavender, orange zest, glue, honey and marzipan. I usually am a sucker for sweet Riesling, and sometimes Sauternes... But I have to admit, this was very tasty, oily and unctuous, goes on and on, really delicious next to a serving of baklava and vanilla icecream.

Served cool, not cold.
