Great modern red from Chile! Second bottle from the wine club at Olmstead, BK. Serve it on the cooler side. Affinities to Jura or the Pacific US Northwest. Slightly effervescent, mineral, wild, herbal and SMOKED. Had it with filet mignon and shiitake mushrooms in red wine sauce, and arugula salad with pears, goat cheese and toasted walnuts.
