Jan 12th, 2020This might be my last bottle of the 2015 vintage, a nice accompaniment to a little late night baseball on the tube. (Thank goodness for video on demand). Purple-red, very good clarity, light to moderate pigment extraction. Blackberry, butter, barrel smoke and funk notes in nose on initial pour with a hint of mint. Blueberry and blackberry flavors, medium weight seed tannins in finish. Slightly soap mouthfeel in aftertaste with light skin astringency (medium weight skin tannins). Still drinking fine, good value, solid mainstream Oregon pinot noir.

May 1st, 2019Medium extracted, light purple-red, very good clarity. Hints of butter, vanilla, blueberry and funk in nose, but more raspberry than anything. Blueberry and raspberry flavors, lemon and barrel smoke finish, later some plum emerges; mild seed bitterness, moderate chewy skin tannin astringency. A tad tart, which a bit of chill or food would fix. Very good value from this innovative Costco-style winery, tasting room and buying coop

Oct 1st, 2018Bought at winery. Medium high extracted purple. Barrel smoke and mixed berry notes with a hint of eucalyptus spice in nose. Syrupy berry cherry and mint notes in mouth, some dry chewy mouth coating astringency on finish. Could age a bit. Great value at or below $15 a bottle
