Merlot and Cab Franc. This is excellent, and the best wine I’ve had from Lake County. Smooth, lush, fragrant, and showing the hallmarks of Cab Franc in the cool menthol streak on the finish.

Color of mix of purple and ruby. Nose is nice with ripe cherry, strawberries, sweet oak, some alcohol strength, and raisins. Tasters dried, oaky beauty, strawberries, spicy, peppery, packed with flavors. Aftertaste of strawberries jam, tannins, medium long, very enjoyable. Nothing to pick on. Nicely done.
