Medium straw . Quite muted at first after a while much more mineral , slightly smoky notes . Slightly citric , apple peel, after a while fresh garden peas. On the palate quite refreshing acidity , nicely fills out on the palate . More of the citrus notes , green apple . With time shows more creamy richness. Nice length , well balanced , with crushed chalk notes on the finish . Probably better in a couple years, and will last a decade .
