Wild and wonderful, but not earth shattering.

Sep 29th, 2017A wine to search out. Dusty stewed aromas of apricot and apple, chalky mouthfeel with layers of yellow summer fruit, saltiness, and a hint of bitter marmalade on a long savory finish. Another albillo winner to be sure

Mar 8th, 2022Cloudy and almost spicy on the back of my tongue. Tasting a spice kind of like oregano. Very fun wine.

Jul 14th, 2018Love what Jose Pastor is importing right now. During my travels throughout Spain last summer, orange wine was a prevalent drink in all of the 3 Michelin star restaurants. Without a doubt I would say orange wine is the next rose. notes of citrus and rose petals on the nose. Thyme, Coriander, navel orange, grapefruit, lemon zest on the palate. Great minerality and finish. Hope to get more of this soon!
