Vintage 1990 | Fuder 10/90. Small differences depending on the Fuder in which the wine was made. Gold in colour. Mango, banana and minerality in smell, much tension in taste, little bitterness in aftertaste.

Jun 30th, 2022Vintage 1990 | Fuder 9/90 Wow, 32 years old and vital. Only 9,5% alcohol. Gold in colour. Multi layered in smell: jasmin, ananas, mango and marsepan. Beautiful balance.

Jun 30th, 2022Still so fresh. Lots of tangerine, lemon marmalade, August white peach. Secondaries are still on the sweet basil, tarragon, and white tea side of things with the ginger, cinnamon, and saffron of botrytis present, but balanced. RS is pronounced, but more of a classic proportion for Auslese. Probably another 5ish years away from it's peak drinking window for my taste, but will easily last another 20+. Remarkable.

Aug 18th, 2014Tart slight pine slight lychee. E ouch acid for structured bit barely. Fresh vine fruit. Green persimmon. Chewy viscosity of honey peaches.
