This young cabernet from Alexander Valley is starting to drink very nicely now.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with mild complexity.
Showing red and black fruits with tobacco, chocolates, oak, vanilla and spices.
Spicy and entertaining. Will get better in the next couple of years.
Needs 3 hours to open up properly, so be patient.
Good by itself as a sipping wine and will pair nicely with barbecue meats.
A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 2% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.

Fruit forward Cabernet with structural assists from Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Eye catching, red/black fruit colors and confirming aromatics. Appealing, lush flavors of cherry, blue and blackberry, mocha and vanilla. Medium acidity and soft, mouth coating tannins at the finish. Overall, well balanced, medium/full, elegant and easy drinking.
