This pinot has the plush density of some of its more southern cousins, but the fruit is quiet, elegant. Brown spice, forest floor and sassafras root play with the strawberry and craisin, not just backup to them. Profoundly rich and expertly balanced, thanks to the hospitality team for this lovely xmas present!
