This is when you want a grill, but heartier. Skin contact, a lil funky and wild and untamed. Sharp, tangy, yeasty, some citrus and stony minerality. Pretty much my perfect wine!

Cantaloupe, peach, juicy, smackin

Wonderful Sicilian natural wine! Deep gold (let’s call it light orange) in color. Hints of grilled lemons with a hint of smoke. Beautifully “funky.” A true winner! Great with appetizers! Thank you Franky Bella for this selection.

Here’s another Mount Etna producer that is hotter then Magma. Really solid. Soulful.

Sicilian natural bliss. Total standout. Good, wholesome, skin contact fruitiness offset by a very marked salinity. Golden in the glass, and sharp, contrasting mouthfeel. Standout 4.5/5.0.
