Classic in style and character. The color is ruby and clean. The nose and palate became more focused over the 2 hours we drank this. At first a beautiful perfume started to reveal rose petals, tar, and licorice, then mint and cherry notes. The palate was medium in intensity with medium+ tannin and acidity. A medium+ finish.
