Holy cow, delectable users way/way underrated this wine, or perhaps the vintage is the differentiator. Absolutely magnificent, but I decanted too long, 4 hours. Was vibrant at the start, but dinner was four hours away. Super soft tannins in the end, luscious fruit and tight acidic finish. One of my favorite barbera experiences.

Jul 7th, 2018Excellent, full and dense, creamy but with high acidity and refined structure. Tastes just right and made with more care than most basic Barbera. Just slightly less subtle than the Dolcetto.
