Pleasantly surprised. The price is right and it's got a nice little flavour going on. Mind blowing that the grape blend is the same as valpolicella but blended in different concentration to create something that looks and feels like a Pinot noir. Tastes like a volcanic wine, and it's so close to soave as a region that I feel like it lends something from it. Mineral and salt. Really good.

Ric shouldn’t have opened this bottle. When people come into the restaurant and say they don’t like strong wine, this is what I should give them. Decent though.

Delicious. Extremely light, opened up after 30 minutes. Would be excellent for warmer weather.
