Happy Halloween! :-) I am drinking a Riesling tonight from Alsace. The nose is sweet with white peach, green apple, hint of rubber bands, and white flowers. On the palate I get peach, nice citrus flavors, good acidity but not over powering, smooth mouth feel that lasts. This wine would really work well with Asian or Chinese food. Very nice and drinks well.

Nice Riesling we had with an Alsace specialty, tarte flambé and whitefish in Riesling sauce. Dry wine with notes of apple. Had 2 bottles with this meal.
