Buena burbuja fina y continúa, en nariz pasteleria, compota de manzana, brioche. En boca carbónico potente de entrada, paso potente y final largo y correcto.

Vintage Cremant. Fresh green apples with some citrus skin. Nutty notes finish this off.

Creamy and rich. Big call but better than most similarly priced Champagnes

Super easy and enjoyable sparkling white blend. Minerality and nuttiness comes through a slight sweetness.

What a difference a vintage makes. 2015 was oxidative, lush, complex, kind of dark. This (2016) is bright fresh apples and zesty minerals. Sort of shows that you’re only as knowledgeable as the most recent vintage you’ve tasted; some things are never what you’d expect.
