Drinking with Mom, Dad, and Emily in France at Alain Jaume! Color is hay. Nose is sweet as well as the Viogner but with a nose of chestnuts and honey. Surprisingly dry and bright. Also honey and nuts here. Very nice balance.

Smooth like velvet - highly recommend this CDP - had it with filet mignon with sauce prepared with this wine, carrot, shallots, porcini and potatoes au gratin
