As long as you let this breathe for at least twenty minutes you will enjoy this wine; if you don’t, you won’t. Once it opens up it has full flavor with a wonderful peppery finish. Dry, but full flavored. Tasted 29 January 2023

Very fruity flavor with little decanting (10 minutes maybe, I was in a wine drinking mood). If it decants for long the flavors get bold. Good wine with some salty food, keeps the fruity flavor.
