Complex, very pleasing and flavorful, candied cherry, a little gaminess and spice, balanced and thirst quenching

Nice fruit forward, subtle tannic back end that is just right.

A surprise. Minerality with light red fruit. Well balanced for such a young Pinot. Great with appetizers and hors d’ouevres

While unexpected this Pinot boasts maturity and fruit. Yet the red fruit is not overpowering but balanced. With slight earthiness.

I couldn't decide what to buy the other night so I told Mr. Spittoon to pick something. Naturally he picked the bottle with a ship on the label 😆

For $11 it's an everyday drinking, uncomplicated red. There are plenty of vibrant cherry and plum aromas/flavours flirting with the senses. The smokey fruit driven finish was lovely and unexpected.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Don't forget, wine is subjective
