A fairly reduced nose, the palate though is all Godello. Mineral and acid driven with a full texture. Good, not great, not the best example of what Goodello brings. #godello

Very pale, green/yellow. Aromas of pear, citrus, wet stone. Medium bodies with crisp acids. Tasty but not super complex, yet. Disclaimer: I import this.

If Spain can make any white wine that approaches Chablis in style, class and cut; it must be Godello with it's reserved aromas, weight pallet and crisp acid. Disclaimer: I import this.

Rounded palate and medium bodied. Beeswax, honey, orange blossoms. As it opens, some lovely citrus and minerality comes out!

Light-medium body, lots of red apple, peach, and citrus flavors, maybe a hint of white flowers. Not much aroma, but a long finish.

Trying two bottles netted the same results -- tastes like the smell of cat litter. That is not minerality I enjoy.

I knew Chablis, and you sir, are no Chablis (style).

Sharply acidic but more like from Meyer lemons than lemons. And then there is honeydew and dried lawn (think how lawns smell around halloween) and stones and a dang surprising long finish. Thank you Garagiste. Full review on Scrumptious Gruel! https://scrumptiousgruel.wordpress.com/2017/03/10/omgodello-ie-a-whole-new-wine/
