Wow. 90 minutes in a decanter and this was good to go. Lovely fruit forward profile without being jammy. Balanced by licorice and cedar. This was a perfect pairing for steaks. An incredibly balanced and refined wine. Loved it.

Intense red fruit. Smooth, slightly sweet, elegant, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon. Well-made but lacking any earthiness, gravitas, and complexity. Leave open at least one hour. Quite strong but not overwhelming.

ADV is a real special treat to enjoy. Nose showed the complexity of wine. Dusty red fruits, graphite, hints of tobacco and a bit of chocolate beckoned you to drink. Dark rich fruits, dust, cured leaf are some of the things that struck me the most while drinking this wine. It was decanted about 40 minutes prior to consumption. Well worth the wait. Super finish that lingers so nicely.
