Better with food. Worked really well with arugula salad with anchovies and prosciutto

More white grape. Clean expression. Not round per say, but nice sweet acid.

aromas of green apple, stone, a little vegetal/grassy...tiny hits of urine/bacon
flavors of clean stone, lime, light vegetal, white peach, tart grapefruit

Vibrant fruit, wonderful texture and a light stony minerality. Unoaked and unadulterated!

Beautiful expressive with a crisp mouthfeel this is showing "6-years young".
I would happily have this as my go-to quaffer this Summer.

Acidic, apple-y. Pretty straightforward without a ton of complexity, but it doesn't make it any less enjoyable for a summer sip.
