Very long, but way too bitter.
Very difficult to enjoy on its own and I can't think of a food pair either
Maybe a sweet tendency dressing would help like a sweet soy sauce 🤷♂️

I thought this was fantastic. Medium-bodied, open-knit, lovely dusty spices, crunchy dark fruit. Combining freshness, complexity and depth.
A steal @ 18€.

Interesting. Spicy, skinsy. Extended skin contact (60 days), cap managed by short pumpovers (2 min), 4 times a day.
