Shiraz Mataro 2018

I thought this was fantastic. Medium-bodied, open-knit, lovely dusty spices, crunchy dark fruit. Combining freshness, complexity and depth.
A steal @ 18€.

Adelaide Hills Polish Hill River Riesling

Dry wine cruising in at a leisurely 11.1%. All bath salts, papaya, green apple, slate and lime mineral water. High acid, yet quite broad and quite lengthy. Some great reviews for this but it's more of a score(+) prospect for me, give it some time. — 7 years ago

@Adam Dromi it's an intriguing wine. Floral, musky.

Nebbiolo

Yum. Cranberry, Masherano cherry and almond liquer, pine, orange peel, red currants, tangy herbal notes, tar and violets. Palate is bright and a little tight with aggressive tannins to begin with balancing acid, as it opens up tannins are somewhere in the background. Exactly what i felt like. Perfect accompaniment to wild mushroom and chilli risotto — 8 years ago
