Structure, balance, heady with spring blossoms- acid but not bracing- this girl is the prettiest girl in school.

Acid upfront- apricot and pineapple. Very bright and playful. Finishes a little earthy and herbaceous. Great glass with friends, keep my mind working through the flavor.

Spiced apple, orange, and toasted bread with rich creamy feel. Strong malolactic acid gives it crispness.

Apple, pear, straw. Oak-ed, but not crazy. $34 at Home.

Great balance and structure. Really pretty stone fruit and citrus accented by a lot of floral and a touch of minerality. Really fantastic with Thai.
