12’ Ad Vivum Sleeping Lady.
First time enjoying anything from this winery.
Full-bodied. Decanted it for close to 90 minutes.
Brick Red in color.
Black cherry, dark raspberry, & tar take the lead. Lavender & tobacco blend in nicely tonight. Generous & integrated soft tannins. Although this is drinking now.
Another couple of years in the bottle wouldn’t hurt. (Wait if possible)
Like the uniqueness/balance. Very well made Napa Cabernet!!

Purty and pure. Précise. Pencil shavings, truffé, and supple tannins. Reminds me of what you can do with Napa Valley Cab with a little restraint. JCB influence definitely shows.
