May 14th, 2021Celler Acustic - Acustic Blanc, from the Montsant region, neighbouring Priorat, is a golden-yellow white, with predominantly 2 varieties of Grenache (blanc and gris) and some less known varieties, such as Xarel-Lo and Macabeo. The taste is rich, full, creamy, but also fresh and minerally, with some pear, fresh herbs. Great wine. Jun 7th, 2020Light yellow colour with in the nose pure grapes, apricot, peaches, pineapple, beeswax and alcohol. In the taste also some stonefruit and French oak. Long palate and some bitterness in the end.
I miss acids for freshness and it’s too high in alcohol. One glass is enough...
