At first taste I was a little disappointed, so we put it aside. Upon revisiting it the next day it had opened up and balanced out wonderfully and was a very enjoyable. I cannot explain why or how it changed so drastically but I am glad it did.

Red cherry, rhubarb and strawberry. M acid, body and tannin. On the palate the fruit becomes darker-black cherry and plum. Chocolate. Lean with a long finish. Not overly oaked or manipulated.
