The NV Extra Dry Prosecco wafts up like a basket of freshly picked flowers mixed with ripe apricots and pears. It’s soothing and pleasantly sweet on the palate, with saline-infused acids to balance. This leaves a buzzing of inner tension, as it tapers off long, resonating on notes of sour apple and lime. Acinum found a lovely balance in this Extra Dry Prosecco. Bright golden color with persistent bubbles. Aromas of orchard fruit, white flowers and a bit of citrus. Flavors of ripe green apples and pears, white peach, green melon and lemon zest. Light hint of minty freshness on the medium-plus finish. Silky texture and creamy mousse that does dissipate quickly. Bit of RS. Clean and refreshing. Enjoyed at Three Oaks Steakhouse in Easton, PA.

Jun 18th, 2026Light golden color. Aromas and flavors of pineapple, mango, guava and white flowers. Pleasant spicy note on the zesty/medium finish. Creamy texture and a consistent bead of bubbles. Fresh, bright and crisp. Not overly complex but easy to drink.
