2012 amazing

2012 Cabernet Sauvignon. Solid but left me wanting more stuffing.

V12. Nice cedar bouquet. Juicy , peppery black and blue berry fruit. Herbal and slightly chalky finish. Good entertaining wine.

Drinkable

Nice smooth cabernet. Paired really well with the kent walker rocino!

Standard stuff

Decent lighter weight cab with hints of leather. Nice break from Cali.

We can't get enough high elevation Mendoza fruit! Achaval Ferrer is a powerhouse of the Uco Valley turning out sturdy wines for decades. This Cabernet Sauvignon offers rich blackberry and plum balanced by tannin and acidity provided by the long growing season in the Andes. I know @tasteofmendoza would love it!
