In a world full of inexpensive chardonnays this wine stands out. Great acidity, 🍋, and honey dew melon. Well balanced. Simple but elegant.

Acacia was a pioneer in Carneros making one of the first Pinot's. Located just 2 miles from San Francisco Bay, the cool microclimate from the Pacific results in a Chardonnay that is complex. Straw with stone and citrus flavors. On the palate apple, peach and lemon zest with spice and oak notes. Silky, medium body and length ending with mineral tones. Nice value.

First time seemed wonderful, second tasting seemed really oaky - maybe the meal made a difference

When I drink this wine cold enough, and remind myself that I can slurp a Carneros-designation-having, albeit a mass produced and grocery store shelf lined Chardonnay, for around $12, I feel all is alright in the wine world.

Pretty well done, although a little on the lighter side for my taste.

Buttery and smooth. Easy drinking wine. Not a long finish.

Buttery n juicy with apricot flavors. I like it for what it is: a mass produced and affordable access into Carneros malo Chard. There are, sadly, and at the same time often/also triumphantly, several occasions throughout the long day where I'd wish myself by the side of a beautiful, long legged, curvy glass of something like this. So sue me.
