Shadowy dark fruit- blackberry, raspberry, plum; perfumed dried flowers, incense, sweet baking spices, black tea; dark rich earth, gravel, black pepper. Light in body and color, packs an aromatic punch. Immediately bought another bottle - insane value at $25. Looking forward to trying some of her more specific bottlings to see where this vision leads.

OK so this was a great wine tonight and worthy of a 6 Btl purchase. I’m a Rayas freak and I’m haunted by almost every bottle of Rayas Cdp that I have ever had. TtG has been compared to Rayas. To be clear, this is not Rayas or Pignan or.... but for a California Grenache, this is pretty fine. Better with food which is not something I say about Cali wines. If you are in search of sublime, then Rayas is for you. Please invite me.. If you are in search of a very good and not over the top Cali Grenache ... kinda like the song “Everything is Alright” by Sara Baieilles and John Legend and Brendon ... then you will be very happy with this very fine wine. Fortunately for me, I can love Rayas and Tribute to Grace so I get the best of both worlds.
